Training content

    You will gain insight into the historical development of organizations and how this has led to current challenges and opportunities. You then translate this to your own organization.
  • Module 2 | Reflection.
    You become aware of your leadership. We examine to what extent your current leadership matches who you really are. This gives you insight into what wants to be developed and what leads to authentic natural strength.
  • Module 3 | Intervention
    What could be more fun than to actually translate the insights gained into actions in daily practice! We look for tools that will help you make the right interventions that match your natural leadership strengths.
