Training CADT® and RAPP® personality profile

For whom?

You are working as a coach, analytic therapist, analytic therapist in training, HR consultant, organisation consultant, trainer, recruiter, therapist or psychologist.

 

What makes CADT ® and RAPP ® so unique and interesting?                                           

CADT® (Competence Analysis & DevelopmentTool) and RAPP® (Rump Archetypal Personality Profile) are revolutionary psychometric measurement tools that map unconscious patterns, talents, pitfalls, development opportunities and core competencies in a relatively simple way. The CADT® was developed for business and the RAPP® was developed for therapists.

With these unique instruments, the concepts and tools that you have mastered in the programme, you can make a special contribution to the sustainable development of people and organisations. You will also have access to New Human Management's business network.

 

What will we do during the training?

You will learn to work with the CADT® and the RAPP® instrument. You will also be trained in coaching from depth psychology.

 

Unique opportunity

During this training it is possible to become accredited for both the CADT® and the RAPP® instrument. Later, these will become two separate trainings. In this training this is offered once in its entirety. So you may work with both the CADT® and the RAPP® upon completion.

 

Modules and training days?

The training consists of three modules, of which at least two are compulsory.
N.B. Graduated analytic therapists and students are exempt from module 1. This concerns modules 2 and 3.

Module 1: introduction to depth psychology

Module 2: Working with CADT® and RAPP®
Dates: November 17, December 1, December 8, 2023
Time: from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Module 3: in-depth work with CADT® and RAPP®
Dates: January 12, January 19, February 2, 2024
Time: from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Location: Landdrostlaan 51 in Apeldoorn


The goal per module

Module 1: Introduction to Depth Psychology
Objective: The participant has a basic knowledge of important concepts and mechanisms in depth psychology. The participant is familiar with the human view that belongs to this discipline and can use this knowledge in coaching conversations.

Module 2: Working with CADT® and RAPP®
Goal: The participant has basic knowledge of the CADT® and RAPP® and can apply it in coaching and therapeutic conversations that are discovering and enlightening.

Upon successful completion of Module 1 and Module 2, the participant can be included in the New Human Management CADT® and RAPP® register as an aspiring CADT® and RAPP® specialist. This register monitors quality through continuing education, peer review and supervision. You will also gain access to the online environment that allows you to take online CADT® measurements of clients.

Module 3: in-depth work with CADT® and RAPP®.
Objective: the participant has specialized knowledge of the CADT® and RAPP® and can apply this in coaching conversations that are discovering, enlightening and transformative. The participant can also integrate this into a professional coaching process focused on awareness and transformation.

Upon successful completion of Module 3, the participant can be included in the New Human Management CADT® and RAPP® register and community as a CADT® and RAPP® specialist. And last but not least: accredited participants can also participate in current interesting projects where we, together with our customers, want to realize sustainable changes in people and organizations!


Does the training lead to accreditation?

The answer is simply: yes!
After the training you are officially accredited to work with the CADT® as well as the RAPP®. You will be part of a select group of people who will have access to an environment that allows you to measure clients with the CADT® and RAPP® online. You will also be included in the New Human Management CADT® and RAPP® register, which ensures quality through continuing education, peer review and supervision.


After the training

After the training you are officially accredited to work with the CADT® and RAPP®. You will have access to the online environment that allows you to take CADT® and RAPP® measurements from clients online. You will also be included in the New Human Management CADT® and RAPP® register. This register monitors quality through continuing education, intervision and supervision is part of this procedure.


Taking of reports

Through the online environment you can take CADT® and RAPP® measurement. The cost for 1 report is 100 euro per report. You are allowed to sell this for your own (market-based) price to your own customer.


Licence

In order to remain accredited, you are obliged to enter into a licence agreement with New Human Management. The participant of the training signs a licence contract which will be sent separately.


Continuing education

To maintain your license, you are required to engage in continuing education and training. Each year you must obtain 8 points. This means 8 hours of continuing education. Per hour you pay 100 euros in costs. The continuing education consists of training and supervision in working with CADT® and RAPP®.


Investment

The costs per module are EUR 2500. The costs for the refresher course are 800 euro per year. You pay a purchase price of 100 euro per report purchased. You may offer this to your client for your own (market-based) selling price.

The investment costs are therefore as follows:

Module1:

Admission as an aspiring CADT ® specialist in the register

What will we do during the training?

You will learn to work with the CADT® instrument. You will also be trained in stimulating personal development from the perspective of depth psychology.
Start and training days? The training consists of 3 modules of 2 days; a total of 6 days from 10 - 17 hours in Apeldoorn.

Module 1 - Introduction to depth psychology.

In Module 1, you will learn the basics of important concepts and mechanisms in depth psychology. You will become familiar with the human view associated with this discipline and learn to apply it in conversations with employees and help them with their personal development

Module 2 - Working with CADT®

During the second module, you will learn the basics of CADT® and learn to apply it in discovery and enlightenment conversations.

Module 3 - Deepening your knowledge of working with CADT®.

In the final module, you will become the CADT® specialist. You can apply CADT® in conversations that are discovering, enlightening and transformative. Also, after completing this module, you can integrate CADT® into a professional development process aimed at awareness and transformation.

Upon successful completion of Module 3, the participant may be listed as a CADT® HR Specialist on the New Human Management HR Specialist CADT® Registry.

 

After training

After training and registry entry, you are officially accredited to work the CADT®. You will have access to the online environment that allows you to take the CADT® measurement from employees online. You will also be included in the New Human Management HR specialist CADT® register, which ensures quality through continuing education, peer review and supervision. This register monitors the quality through continuing education, intervision and supervision is part of this procedure.

Taking reports

Through the online environment you can take CADT® measurement. The cost per report is 100 euros.

License

To apply CADT® in organizations, both the participant and the organization must be licensed by New Human Management.
The participant attends the training and upon completion is accredited. Subsequently, both the CADT®-trained person and the organization are enrolled in the New Human Management registry.

Note: If the organization has not taken out a license, the trained participant may not take CADT® within the organization.

Continuing education
